Vital Infrastructure entered into an agreement with Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) to develop a new four-story, 119,000 square foot health services building adjacent to the RVH’s main campus in Barrie, Ontario. The project will expand access to ambulatory, community-based, and complementary health services in one of Canada’s fastest-growing regions and demonstrates Vital Infrastructure’s opportunities to invest in critical healthcare infrastructure and partner with publicly funded hospitals in Canada. Under the agreement, Vital Infrastructure has entered into a long-term ground lease with RVH and will fund, develop and manage the new health services building, with an estimated total cost of $112 million, which is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026 and be completed in the fourth quarter of 2029
